Safe Operation Precautions of Hydraulic Press

I. Before operation:

1. The operator of the hydraulic press must be trained and master the equipment performance and operation technology before he can operate independently

2. Emergency stop test

3. Make sure that the inserted workpiece will not cause the equipment to overload or the cylinder to overtravel.

4. Before operation, all kinds of debris on the mold should be cleaned up, and the electrical facilities, handles, transmission parts, protection, and limit devices should be checked, reliable and flexible. There is no obstacle to the running parts and sliding surfaces, and the system pressure can only be operated after the pressure is normal.

II. During operation:

1. Clean the oil stain in time during operation to prevent the workpiece from slipping and injuring people.

2. The installation mold of the hydraulic press must be carried out in the case of power failure, and it is forbidden to collide with the start button, handle and foot on the foot switch

3. Install the upper and lower molds to center, adjust the mold gap, do not allow unilateral deviation from the center, confirm that the mold is fixed and then test the pressure

4. Check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure, whether the equipment action is normal and reliable, and whether there is leakage.

5. For different workpieces, when pressing, the working pressure of the press and the pressure hydraulic press, the number and time of pressure holding should be adjusted at any time, and ensure that the mold and workpiece are not damaged.

6. When sliding up and down the body pressure plate, it is strictly forbidden to extend the hands and head into the working part of the pressure plate and mold.

7. It is strictly forbidden to tap, stretch, weld, bend, twist and other operations on the work while applying pressure.

8. The vicinity of the hydraulic press press shall not smoke, weld and cut, or start fire, and shall not store flammable and explosive materials. Take fire prevention measures.

9. Test pressing a workpiece, and then produce it after passing the inspection.

10. The operator shall not leave the machine tool during the operation of the machine.

11. It is strictly forbidden to repair or adjust the tire equipment during the operation of the equipment, and multiple people must operate in unison, and special personnel must command. 、

III. After operation:

1. The power supply should be cut off, the hydraulic rod of the press should be wiped clean, the lubricating oil should be added, the mold and workpiece should be cleaned up and placed neatly

2. Restore each mechanical part to a safe non-working position, and clean up the hygiene of the machinery and its surroundings

IV. Precautions:

1. Before operation, wear work clothes, button tightly and cuffs, do not operate open work clothes, and wear labor protection supplies.

2. When sliding up and down on the pressure plate of the body, it is strictly forbidden to extend the hands and head into the working parts of the pressure plate and mold.
