Isothermal forging hydraulic press is mainly used for forging refractory materials with narrow temperature range, such as aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, magnesium alloy, high temperature alloy, powder high temperature alloy and other materials. In the isothermal forging process, it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature together with the mold and the blank to achieve isothermal die forging.

Under some working conditions, the ultra-low forging speed is used to achieve superplastic forming of the material to obtain large deformation workpieces or obtain specific microstructure and properties to improve the mechanical properties of the product. The isothermal forging hydraulic press should also have the functions of die forging, superplastic forging and constant pressure forging. It adopts fuzzy PID control algorithm, equipped with four-corner leveling system, and adopts industrial computer + PLC control on hardware.
